Experience

Christine works in the European side of Diligence Services, which provides turnkey advisory services to asset-based lenders as well as restructuring and corporate recovery professionals. Advisory services include field examinations, loan exit review, planning and implementation, borrowing base review for all asset classes, crisis management, systems audit and enhancement advisory. Since joining Hilco, Christine has worked on a number of assignments throughout Europe.

Previously Christine worked as an insolvency practitioner for 16 years and in Banking and Asset Based lending for 10 years and joined Hilco from Royal Bank of Scotland, where she managed the lender’s asset-based lending and syndicated loan portfolio. While at RBS, she also managed a team in the bank’s Global Restructuring Group. Previous to RBS, Christine had been with Kroll and Clark Whitehill working in their restructuring and corporate recovery teams.
