Leasehold Property – The leasehold properties used for manufacturing and operations.
Employees – The team including key fee generating employees with strong client relationships, and skilled engineering team.
Intellectual Property – The established brand name protected by a trademark, various domain names, copyright in the website content, database of subcontractors and suppliers, social media accounts.
Customer Database – The valuable customer databsase.
Company Infrastructure – The proven company systems, procedures and infrastructure.
Goodwill – The valuable goodwill attaching to the business.
