The Brand & Goodwill – The established trademark-protected brand and the goodwill attached to the Company.
Designs – The portfolio of in-house designs, all owned by the Company.
Digital and Brand Assets – The Company brand is trademark protected in the UK and Europe. The branded domain name, social media accounts, customer / subscriber databases and the Company’s e-commerce website.
Stock – Stock of finished garments and materials, with a cost price of c. £1.3m.
Leasehold Property – The leasehold interest in the office premises in London.
