Removal

  • Removal Deadline: Friday 24 October 2025, 4:00pm BST
  • Removal Hours: Monday 20 – Friday 24 October 2025, 9:00am – 4:00pm (Not Including Weekends), Strictly by Appointment
  • Collection is only permitted once a paid in full invoice has been received
  • The Buyer and or their removal contractor must supply their own lifting equipment Method statements and risk assessments, copies of all relevant insurances documents and operator licenses must be supplied and approved ahead of any item being dismantled or moved in accordance with Health & Safety policies. Site attendance for the duration of the removal process to be confirmed and agreed in advance
  • Anyone attending site will be required to wear the relevant PPE workwear including Hi-Viz Vest/Jacket and Safety Footwear
  • Removal Companies:
    Please note these providers do NOT work for Hilco. They are independent contractors, and any instruction given is at your own risk and expense. Hilco is not in any way liable for acts or omissions of the provider

Terms & Conditions

  • Buyer’s Premium of 18% will be applicable to this sale
  • VAT at 20% will be added to the total price and Buyer’s Premium. Purchasers from overseas should note that the VAT on the Buyer’s Premium is not recoverable
  • Invoices will be sent on 16 October 2025 after the sale has finished
  • Please note payment is by bank transfer only
  • All payments must be cleared in our account by Monday 20 October 2025, 4:00pm BST
  • All Lots must be removed by Friday 24 October 2025, 4:00pm BST
  • All persons arriving on site must report to the entrance and complete the signing in procedure book

Purchase Conditions

  • Once a bidder is successful, the purchase of all lots is deemed final
  • All lots are sold as seen and/or as advised. It is the responsibility of the bidder to satisfy themselves as to the condition, description, and suitability of the items prior to bidding
  • Where testing or inspection of lots prior to purchase is not possible, buyers acknowledge and accept that they are purchasing the items in the condition displayed or described, whether or not they have had the opportunity to conduct their own assessment
  • In all circumstances, the successful bidder is required to complete the transaction in accordance with the auction terms, regardless of whether prior testing or inspection has taken place
