WIT Fitness Ltd – Project Fit

WIT Fitness Ltd was the UK’s original and leading crossfit brand. The company operated from a leasehold gym/retail unit in One New Change, St Pauls, London, and had a strong online presence including its own e-commerce platform. In addition to its own brand collections, the company had collaborations with Nike, Reebok, Puma and more.

The assets sold included:

Hilco initially undertook a valuation of the assets and a subsequent marketing campaign of the business and assets involving a targeted marketing campaign including mailouts to a bespoke database and advertisement on our social media channels.

Significant interest was shown resulting in competitive bidding and a successful transaction to a third party bidder.
