Historic Mount St Mary’s College Enters a New Chapter Under New Ownership

One of the North’s most significant historic educational estates has entered an exciting new chapter following its acquisition by Deeper Christian Life Ministry (DCLM).

The purchase secures the future of the 82-acre Mount St Mary’s College estate at Spinkhill in Derbyshire, which has been an important part of the local community for almost 180 years. DCLM intends to preserve the site’s unique heritage whilst bringing the estate back into active use for education, community and charitable purposes.

The transaction follows a comprehensive marketing process undertaken on behalf of the Joint Administrators, with Hilco Global’s Real Estate Advisory team providing strategic property advice, estate management and marketing services throughout the administration.
