Prominent brand and further intellectual property assets;
Capable and experienced workforce (approximately 100 staff);
2022 turnover c. £10.9m, profit before tax c. £0.1m;
2021 operating profit c.£937k;
2020 operating profit c.£930k.

BUSINESS ASSETS

Goodwill – the valuable goodwill attaching to the business;
Intellectual Property – including the website, domain names, customer database, organisational knowledge;
Tangible assets – including office equipment and motor vehicles (owned or under finance lease);
Significant contract debtors and retention balances;
Work in progress.

Offers for the business and assets of the Company are due Thursday 18 August 2022 at 4pm BST.
