Acquisition Opportunity

Hilco is pleased to present the opportunity to acquire a curated portfolio of UK-registered British trade marks spanning the automotive, motorcycle, light mobility, and marine sectors.

Background

The portfolio comprises a curated collection of historically established British engineering brands with documented use across aviation, automotive, motorcycle, marine, and adjacent lifestyle sectors. Many of the names originate from formative periods of British industrial development and retain strong recognition and narrative value in both domestic and international markets.

In addition to the registered trade marks, the portfolio includes a consolidated domain name portfolio comprising over 50 complementary domains secured across key extensions such as .com and .co.uk, providing immediate online control and brand continuity and allowing an acquirer to establish a credible market presence from day one.

Each brand may be acquired independently or alongside others within the portfolio, enabling flexible application across new product launches, sub-brand strategies, licensing programmes, and category extensions. The structure supports both standalone brand development and coordinated multi-brand platforms, depending on the acquirer’s commercial objectives.

Collectively, the assets offer a rare opportunity to secure clean title to recognised heritage brands, supported by digtal infrastructure, and ready for immediate commercial activation.
