The assets provide an acquirer with a flexible offering for launching, extending, or consolidating golf product ranges.
The portfolio represents a collection of golf-focused brand assets developed to address multiple segments of the golf market, ranging from core equipment and consumables through to performance-led and lifestyle-oriented propositions.
The trade marks were conceived to represent distinct, product-focused brands, suitable for use across golf clubs, balls, bags, training aids, apparel, and accessories, making them well suited to modern golf product positioning. Alongside the trade marks, the hippogolf.co.uk domain name is available to acquire, offering a category-specific digital anchor, with the potential to represent a primary consumer-facing golf brand, a digital storefront consolidating multiple product lines or sub-brands, or a content-led or community-driven platform for brand engagement.
The portfolio provides an acquirer with multiple strategic entry points into the UK golf market, depending on their existing capabilities and growth objectives, and could be deployed as the foundation for a new standalone golf brand or family of brands, or used to extend and refresh an existing range of equipment, accessories, or consumables under newly secured naming rights. For acquirers with products already in development, the portfolio offers the ability to secure registered trade mark protection in advance of launch, reducing time to market and mitigating brand risk. The opportunity may also appeal to investors and brand builders seeking scalable intellectual property within the sports and leisure sector.

All expressions of interest and indicative offers are to be directed to Hilco in writing. A Bid Submission Form is available on request.
Hilco is acting as exclusive agent to the Client in connection with the proposed sale of the brands and related intellectual property assets.
All sales are made strictly on an “as is, where is” basis. Only such right, title and interest (if any) as the Client may have in the assets will be transferred to a purchaser. No warranties, guarantees, or representations (express or implied) are provided by the Client or Hilco in respect of the assets or any information supplied. All parties must rely on their own enquiries and due diligence. Any information provided is for convenience only and has not been independently verified by Hilco.
All offers are subject to the addition of VAT at the prevailing rate, where applicable. A non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of the agreed purchase price must be paid by the successful purchaser within 48 hours of offer acceptance. Payment of the deposit grants the purchaser the exclusive right to proceed with the acquisition of the relevant assets for a limited period and on the terms agreed. A Buyer’s Premium of 10% of the final purchase price is payable by the successful purchaser in addition to the agreed purchase price, is non-negotiable and is payable at the same time and in the same manner as the purchase price and forms a condition of sale.
Legal completion must occur within five (5) business days of offer acceptance, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Client.
