Where a third party has been organised to collect lots, please ensure that they are aware of the lot numbers being collected and the relevant buyer number. It may be necessary to contact the auction site with haulage/shipment details.
For all lots being exported outside of the sale country, third party proof of delivery must be received immediately after shipment.

For exporting purposes, please be advised that VAT is charged on the hammer price and is to be paid prior to shipment. Any VAT paid on the hammer price will be refunded once Euro Auctions receives the necessary export documents.
Buyers are liable for any additional costs involved in preparing lots for shipment.
A loading ramp is available on all sites and Euro Auctions staff are available to assist with loading. The Buyer and or their removal contractor must supply their own lifting equipment Method statements and risk assessments, copies of all relevant insurances documents and operator licenses must be supplied and approved ahead of any item being dismantled or moved in accordance with Health & Safety policies. Site attendance for the duration of the removal process to be confirmed and agreed in advance
Anyone attending site will be required to wear the relevant PPE workwear including Hi-Viz Vest/Jacket and Safety Footwear. In accordance with Government Covid-19 Guidelines all visitors to site must wear PPE including gloves & face coverings. If visitors don’t have gloves or face coverings these will be supplied. Visitors must inform the site manager if they are ill or have been ill prior to visiting site. Social distancing measures will be in place and hand sanitising facilities will be available.
Euro Auctions Terms and Conditions
Buyer’s Premium: – UK Auctions: 10% on the first £4,500 or lower and 2.5% on the balance where applicable is added to all Hammer Prices per lot.
VAT at 20% will be added to the total price and Buyer’s Premium. Purchasers from overseas should note that the VAT on the Buyer’s Premium is not recoverable
Payment must be made within 7 Day’s of the auction
You may be required to pay a deposit to bid on-site or online. All new buyers are required to pay a deposit. A new buyer is a customer or company that has not purchased from Euro Auctions in the last 2 years. This includes bidders who have previously left a deposit with Euro Auctions but did not purchase.
A minimum deposit of £/€/$ 1,000 is required which allows a credit limit of £/€/$ 10,000.
