Removal

• Removal Deadline: Friday 29 May 2026, 4:00pm BST
• Removal Hours: Friday 17 April – Friday 29 May, 9:00am – 4:00pm BST, Excluding Weekends. Strictly by Prior Appointment Only
• Collection is only permitted once a paid in full invoice has been received
• The Buyer and or their removal contractor must supply their own lifting equipment, method statements and risk assessments, copies of all relevant insurances documents and operator licenses must be supplied and approved ahead of any item being dismantled or moved in accordance with Health & Safety policies. Site attendance for the duration of the removal process to be confirmed and agreed in advance
• Anyone attending site will be required to wear the relevant PPE workwear including Hi-Viz Vest/Jacket and Safety Footwear

  Please note the independent contractors below do NOT work for Hilco and are listed as a customer service only.  Any instruction given is at your own risk and expense.  Hilco is not in any way liable for acts or omissions of the providers.

Terms & Conditions

• The Brewhouse process and ancillary assets will be sold by Online Auction, closing on Thursday 16 April 2026
• Buyer’s Premium of 15% will be applicable to this sale if sold by Private Treaty and 18% if sold by online auction
• VAT at 20% will be added to the total price and Buyer’s Premium. Purchasers from overseas should note that the VAT on the Buyer’s Premium is not recoverable
• Please note payment is by bank transfer only
• All payments must be cleared in our account by Monday 20 April 2026, 12 noon BST
• All Lots must be removed by Friday 29 May 2026, 4:00pm BST
• All persons arriving on site must report to the entrance and complete the signing in procedure book
