Hilco is delighted to offer for sale the business and assets on behalf of the Liquidators. The Company operated a single owned vessel on the historic ferry route between Hythe and Town Quay, Southampton.
Plant and Machinery – The owned plant and machinery assets of the company, including the freely owned Ferry.
Leasehold Premises – The Hythe Pier and associated buildings and mooring at Southampton Town Quay (by separate negotiation).
Owned Premises – The pontoon and walkway at Hythe Pier.
Intellectual Property- The established and historic brand name, the website, domain name, social media.
Goodwill – The valuable goodwill attaching to the business.
