Stock – The current stockholding of inventory and consumable parts.
Intellectual Property – The established brand name, social media accounts, domain names, copyright in the website content, database of suppliers, and software code.
Freehold Property – Freehold premises in South West England comprising a 4,000 sq ft unit with office space, production area and parking.
Goodwill – The valuable goodwill attaching to the business.
