While currently focused on health and social care, operations could be applied to most sectors.
Incorporated in 2003, with operations in the UK and New Zealand (NZ) the Company uses its advanced data platform and complex analytical models to enables organisations to make informed, innovative, and performance-driven decisions across planning, operations and improvement. The software can be tailored to specific needs, has live data exploratory data analysis capability and integrates standard data into patient journeys.
Established Client Base: Long term relationships with numerous clients. Contracts are held with the NHS and the Health System in NZ.
Proprietary Data & Analytics Platform: Offers a sophisticated, scalable platform capable of transforming large and complex datasets into actionable, real-time operational insights.
Trademarks & Patents: Patent held for N America, and trademarks in UK, NZ and Australia.
Scalable Model with Growth Potential: Scope to expand across wider public-sector markets, integrate additional analytics modules, or scale into international healthcare systems.
Highly Skilled Team: Skilled data scientists, analysts, and sector specialists with key client contacts and strong understanding of healthcare processes and regulatory frameworks. The team work remotely and on customer sites.
Accreditations & Frameworks:ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus accreditations are held. The Company is on a number of procurement frameworks.
Trading Performance: 2025 t/o c £1.025m (pro rata). Annualised recuring revenue c £850k. Historic t/o £6m+ (2022/23).

Intellectual Property Portfolio – The established brand name, patent in N America, trademarks in the UK, NZ and Australia, web domain, content in the website, social media accounts, customer database.
Work in Progress & Pipeline – The right to pursue contracts held with NHS, and the Health System in NZ, the order book and work prospects.
Organisational Knowledge – The highly skilled remote working team of 11, with proprietary know how and strong client relationships.
Goodwill – The valuable goodwill attaching to the business.
