Patent Portfolio – Patents in various jurisdictions relating to engineered coir growing media, including around nutrient profiling, layering and substrate structuring
Shareholdings – The shares of the subsidiaries, which include the Sri Lankan operations. Assets include the long leasehold manufacturing facilities in Sri Lanka, associated machinery and equipment, workforce of c 500 (currently not operating). We understand there is significant debt within the subsidiaries.
Employees – The team including key business generating employees with strong client relationships.
Intellectual Property – The established brand name, unregistered trademarks, domain name, copyright in the website content, database of suppliers and customers, social media accounts.
Company Infrastructure – The proven company systems, procedures and infrastructure.
Goodwill – The valuable goodwill attaching to the business.
