The Company has 6 years’ experience in the sector, delivering high-quality bespoke architectural metalwork, balcony, and balustrade products for large property development projects in and around the London area.
The Company works with several major property developers in the UK, providing products and services under bespoke and standard form construction contracts.
The Company’s products are also sustainable, meeting its customer requirements by utilising recycled materials and reducing the carbon footprint.
The Company trades from leasehold modern headquarters in the South-East of England with a large adjoining manufacturing unit.
The Board is seeking offers to acquire the business and assets of the Company.
All interested parties will be required to agree to a non-disclosure agreement in order to obtain access to the information data room.
Due to the Company’s current working capital challenges, any transaction will be executed at the earliest opportunity. Interested parties should be in a position to complete a transaction in short order.
Interested parties are requested to submit initial expressions of interest by no later than 12:00 noon on 14 August 2024, with best and final offers to be received by 12:00 noon on 16 August 2024.
The intention is to complete a transaction by 28 August 2024.
