Hilco are pleased to be assisting Azets market the business and assets of a long-established UK steel foundry established in 1966, specialising in the manufacture of stainless steel and alloy casting for blue-chip customers operating within the food, pharmaceutical and specialist engineering sectors.

Strong reputation and longstanding customer relationships within a niche market, supplying precision engineered components to leading pump and valve manufacturers.
Operates from its own freehold manufacturing facility in Cornwall, incorporating melting, moulding, finishing, quality assurance and dispatch operations supported by significant specialist plant and equipment.

The business presents an opportunity to acquire an established engineering platform with a skilled workforce, substantial freehold assets, blue-chip customer relationships and significant production capacity available for growth under new leadership.
