On behalf of the Joint Administrators of Future Renewables ECO plc we are pleased to offer for sale a portfolio of 8 income producing wind turbines located at 7 different sites across mainland UK and Northern Ireland

Portfolio Summary

• 8 turbines with a total installed capacity of 2,710kW
  • 2 turbines in Northern Ireland
  • 4 turbines in Scotland
  • 2 turbines in England
• 7 turbines on leased land and the heritable interest is owned for one site in Scotland (equivalent of freehold)
• Approximately 5.0GW energy produced across all turbines for the 12-month period to September 2022
• The 2 turbines in Northern Ireland benefit from ROCs. The other turbines are on FIT tariffs
• The turbines were commissioned between 2016 and 2018 and there are separate maintenance contracts for each turbine.
  • Six separate Service and Maintenance Agreements in place with Realise Energy Services Limited covering seven turbines and one agreement with Emergya Wind Technologies UK Limited

Proposal
The wind turbines are available to purchase as either individual lots or a portfolio.  The Joint Administrators are not obliged to accept either the highest or any offer.

Access to a data room including further information to include legal, operational and financial data is available on request, subject to entering an NDA.
