Hilco is pleased to offer for sale the business and assets of a UK brand, renowned for handcrafted leather footwear and accessories, that trades via its e-commerce site and a portfolio of dedicated retail units. With a focus on luxury, quality, and comfort, the brand offers an array of men’s and women’s shoes, alongside handbags, belts and socks. The business and assets are available as a whole or in part.

The Brand: This sale provides an opportunity to acquire a well-established brand that has been trading for 14 years, with a loyal customer base and a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship and style.

Product Range: The brand is known for fusing familiar designs with original elements, resulting in a unique product range that stands out from the competition. Designed in house, the product range originally comprised a range of shoes, and has been expanded to include handbags, belts and socks.  Leather items are crafted with leather from European tanneries.

Omnichannel Sales Model: Revenue is driven by a combination of a direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform, a portfolio of retail stores in the South East of England and a US distributer.

Skilled Team: The brand is operated by an established and skilled team based in the UK, that design all products ‘in house’ and hold key relationships with suppliers.
