An opportunity has arisen to acquire the business and assets of two synergistic companies operating in the Northwest of England. The business and assets of the Companies, as summarised below, are available separately or as a combined transaction.

OpCo

A respected and innovative provider of therapeutic mental health services with one Ofsted registered provision. Intervention services are delivered by a subcontracted provider.
Known for delivering high quality, bespoke programs, the business has developed a strong reputation in the sector for providing Mental Health specific intervention for Neurodivergent young people and support to their families, provided by a network of specialist staff.

PropCo

A property holding and management company with interests aligned to the operational delivery of OpCo. It owns four strategic freehold properties based in the Northwest of England, currently used in service delivery, which include two freehold residential homes and two commercial properties (office and youth centre facilities), presenting opportunities for asset security, operational continuity, or development (subject to planning).
