Available assets include:
Leasehold Premises – the fully equipped leasehold restaurant & bar with associated premises licence.
Furniture & Equipment – the bar furniture and equipment as owned by the Company.
Stockholding – the wet and dry stocks.
Intellectual Property – the established brand name and associated trademarks, domain name, copyright in the website and social media accounts.
Goodwill – the goodwill attaching to the business.
