Hilco is pleased to offer for sale the business and assets of Project Orchid, a chain of twelve bars and eateries predominantly located across the Midlands and the South East of England. Offers are sought for the business and assets as a whole or for individual parts.
Available assets include:
Leasehold Premises – the 12 fully equipped leasehold bars with associated premises licences.
Furniture & Equipment – the bar furniture and equipment as owned by the Company
Stockholding – the wet and dry stocks
Intellectual Property – the established brand name and associated trademarks, customer database, domain name, copyright in the website and social media accounts.
Goodwill – the goodwill attaching to the business
